ZOL HIFA SponsorshipZimbabwe’s largest ISP, ZOL, will be giving away 35 Gigabytes of traffic at this year’s Harare International Festival of Arts (HIFA). The festival will be held from the 26th of April to the 1st of May.

ZOL, a HIFA partner since last year, will be giving away the 35GB in the form of ZOLspot scratch cards to artists and members of the public. The scratch cards are redeemable at any ZOLspot Wi-Fi hostpots countrywide, including at the HIFA sites at Harare Gardens, Reps Theatre and Avondale shopping area.

Commenting on the sponsorship, ZOL Chief Operating Office, Tana Meecham told Techzim, “ZOL is committed to getting the whole of Zimbabwe online and HIFA provides an excellent opportunity to get a concentrated group of people using the Internet, fitting well into the spirit of engagement which is being fostered by this festival.”

Other ICT companies sponsoring HIFA this year include Portnet, iWayAfrica (Mweb), Telecel and Zimbabwe’s web classifieds platform classifieds.co.zw.

Definately will be @Hifa this year, promising to be exciting!!!
@Zimstyles, ZOL will probably give away the scratch cards in 50mb, 100mb and 200mb per scratch card. So wat Kabweza is saying is that the total will add up to 35Gb.

Is ZOL the biggest ISP in Zimbabwe? I doubt that

They will probably just run out of this stuff before the first day is over. Zim companies always have poor preparation.
