Zim’s Digital Future: Digital migration & opportunities for content creators

Nigel Gambanga Avatar

Who is going to benefit from digitisation? It turns out a lot of people at various stages in the digital food chain actually.

One of the key presentations from the Digital Future Conference was from Mr Gelfand Kausiyo, the project lead for the ZBC Digital Migration exercise. In this recording, which also captures some questions from the people who were present at the conference, he expands on what digital migration means and how it will have an impact on the digital landscape.

More importantly he highlights the opportunities it will create for producers of digital content, and why it is important for locals to step up and fill that gap.  As far as the country’s digital future is concerned, it looks like ZBC has a big role to play in how it is shaped.
