I think we are getting used to the iPhone, yawn …… Camera, Storage ,Processor,
Im beginning to question the need to upgrade at the rate they churn out these phones.
2015 smartphone still performs great be it android or ios.

      yawn indeed 🙂

I think this release is proof that innovation in smartphones now requires longer release cycles. Storage, Camera, Processor and Software are what they have left to change. They spent minutes talking about a case, and they tried to get away with convincing us that losing a headphone jack is an engineering feat

there is NO new inovation at all from Apple here, they just refreshed the old technology and put their expensive tag name!

  3. Macd Chip

standard features really, nothing exciting here!! Wireless headphones have been on the market for donkey years, they have just refreshed the presentation and design of them!!

Besides exploding batteries and risk of putting your house on fire, l think Samsung have a winner with their eye scanning unlocking feature. Its something new and a pacesetter

“Airpods” are just Bluetooth headphones costing $160, WTF. I could get decent Beats headphones for that price never mind a pair of Bluetooth headsets that cost $75 each.

you dk realise apple owns beata right?
so its a losing battle which they win whichever it. cuts

      1. RozviKing

I know, my point is Beats are pricey, yes, but they are more value for money than zvimaearphones izvi

  6. Willo

hahahah clearly many haters here who either cant afford the new phone or are loyal to the defunct Samsung, please be quick in sending back your explosive devices to Samsung to fix the battery issues. Apple is a brand and they sell quality products, their target market isn’t people who count pennies or who find faults to hold a conversation. If you don’t see the need to upgrade that’s OK, some of us will without even checking the price tag.

@willo nice!!! Totally agree! Funny thing is the same stuff was said when Apple introduced biometric fingerprint scanner on iPhone 5s and look now all phones are doin it! It’s only a matter of time till Samsung also gets rid of the earphone jack, that’s a fact!

The Chinese came up with these bluetooth headgear, and its not a new thingy incase you might give credit to Apple. Just a different naming, “airphones” and ommiting the jack port on their device.
