Preparations begin for ICT AFRICA 2011

Preparations for ICT Africa 2011 have begun. The event is organized by the Computer Suppliers Association Zimbabwe (COMSA), and invites ICT businesses to exhibit their latest tech services and products.

The event will take place from 5 – 7 October 2011. This year, it moves back to the Harare International Conference Centre. Last year’s ICT Africa was held to the Harare Show Grounds and was marked by low attendance as the tech industry complained the venue was not ideal for a tech exhibition.

COMSA has announced that the exhibition will include a conference and workshops open to traders and the public, to be presented by local and International speakers.

For companies wishing to exhibit at the event, here’s an extract of the exhibition fees from an email we received:

Quick NetOne, Econet, And Telecel Airtime Recharge

  1. Guys lets not just focus on the expenses, rather lets focus on the potential of this event to become a great event where local innovations have an opportunity to be revealed to people from different places. Its a call for all techy guys to make full use of this event. It can’t flop like last year, we’ve got to make it a success
