IDSS hosts cocktail to introduce Cyberoam UTM Solution

This week we attended a corporate cocktail event in Harare hosted by Integrated Digital Security Solutions (IDSS), a company so far known for the distribution of the Eset security solutions in Zimbabwe. The focus of the Cocktail was on a different product though; a relatively new a unified threat management (UTM) solution called Cyberoam. As authorised distributor for the territory, IDSS introducing Cyberoam to new clientele as well as showcasing the product’s new features.

At the event, Kalpesh Maheshwari, Cyberoam’s International Sales Manager responsible for Africa and Middle East, made a presentation of the products key features. The cocktail was attended by about 60 ICT administrators, managers and senior executives.

Cyberoam is a solution targeted at mostly corporate clients, but can be used by small business as well. IDSS was appointed the authorised distributor of the solution in April last year. The company has since established a number of partners locally.

Speaking about at the event, Zivanayi Mukuku, Channel and Business Development at IDSS said that as a distributor they have invested time and resources into building their channel resource. He praised the Cyberoam solution for consistently delivering on security, connectivity and productivity in customer networks they have implemented it.
