Icasa postpones rate cuts (Techcentral)

Icasa, now facing a lawsuit from MTN has pushed forward the date of the intended mobile rate cuts in South Africa from 1 March to 1 May. It has nothing to do with the lawsuit, they claim, but rather, a desire to review the new regulations.
