All set for ZOL Startup Challenge Harare skills workshop

Are you in a tech startup and keen on picking some valuable skills in entrepreneurship for your small business? On Saturday 6 September there will be an opportunity to do just that at the ZOL Startup Challenge Tech Entrepreneurship Training Workshop. The event starts at 10am and ends at 1pm

The event will be hosted at Area 46 where the ZOL Startup Challenge format introduction meetup was held recently. It is meant to provide participants with an overview of core skills and tools invaluable for any small business, particularly one that harnesses the power of the internet.

Registration for the Harare Skills Workshop is free and those keen to attend can click here. Information on the ZOL startup Challenge and all the events leading to the finals are available on our events page.

The same skills workshop is also being held in Bulawayo on the 4th of September, bundled with the first ever ZOL Startup Challenge Meetup for Bulawayo based startups. Registration for the Bulawayo meetup is still open, and those keen on being part of it can follow this link.

This year’s ZOL Startup Challenge process has placed emphasis on the preparation of startups for outcomes before and after the finals.

In addition to the skills workshops, the shortlisted startups selected at the semi-finals will go through a mentorship process aimed at refining their business models and enhancing their prospects of scaling their startup ideas.
