Google Play Store has just released the top 5 lists of its most popular apps, games, music, movies, TV shows and books of 2016. The lists and the categories are as follows:

Top Trending Games of 2016

The lists are a Global indicator of what the world has been glued to on their Android devices for the past year. Unfortunately there are no specific Zimbabweans stats available and even if they were they would not be a true indication of what we have on our devices as we generally share apps via apks over Bluetooth and WhatsApp due to high data costs of downloading apps via the Play Store.
