Homelink, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) subsidiary has availed a $1.5m loan facility to small to medium enterprises (SMEs).
The loan was availed to the Small to Medium Enterprises Development Corporation (SMEDCO) to forward on to SMEs. SMEDCO was established to champion economic growth by promoting and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through delivery of customer focused financial and business extension services. It is in line with this mandate that they avail this loan to SMEs.

The Small to medium Enterprises Development Corporation (SMEDCO) was availed a loan facility of $1,5 million through Homelink Finance for onward lending to various SMEs and this will run for a period of 36 months. The facility presents other opportunities for Homelink Finance Services to support indigenous small scale businesses
