Customer support service not up to service…I dealt with 2 gentleman last night and ended up closing chat as we were not understanding each other. ..was very frustrated

I also went to Central Ave shop yesterday and the young lady at the customer service desk was a bit clueless, please hire clued-in persons and give them adequate training. And why ask for a copy of my ID, which I find to be very intrusive? I just want to pay and get the service!

I was very happy with Kwese`s customer care.I just send them a message on FB that included my contact phone number.Within minutes someone from Kwese SA had phoned me.He took me through my problem until it was resolved.He went further than i had even asked for infact.This is a total shift from what i was used to with DSTV who wants you to phone them.When you phone them you are answered by an answering machine which wastes your airtime unnecessarily.As if that is not enough,when you are transferred to the customer care officers,you have to hold indefinitely.or you start being asked several questions not related to your problem.You need at least $5 if you have a query with DSTV,but with Kwese even 5c you can have your query resolved.
