I don’t think that this in any way does help to understand their “new” charge system.
For starters, there is no mention of how the system caters for households with multiple families in them, i.e. are there any exemptions or workarounds for such situations, as we all know that Zim has housing issues and that many of the poorer families share accommodation.
Secondly, there’s no mention of billing cycles, if I pay on the 30th of Aug and then on the 2nd of September are those different months, or are they transactions read as being on the same month since they would be within a week of each other?
