As part or the “TRANSFORMATION” please do something about your staff, especially those who directly interact with customers eg tellers or information desk personnel. So far, many of them are now grannies who happen to be very rough, grumpy and dictatorial with clients. It’s scary disputing their services and decisions…. It’s a phenomenon at almost all your branches… Too many old personnel who do not understand how to handle a customer in the 21st century.

    SUGGESTION:

    1. We have been in tough times. So instead of getting rid of this crop, retrain them in the aspect of customer services…. How to amicably handle clients…
    2. Start working on a program to gracefully replace them with young 2020 ready blood..

DICTATORIAL, GRUMPY, OBSTINATE, is everyone’s problem with your staff….
