It looks like from about 19:00 hrs tonight WhatsApp and Instagram both went down. WhatsApp isn’t sending or recieving messages and as for Instagram both the app and the website are not loading.
Since both companies are owned by Facebook we checked Facebook and it looks like it is working just fine. There has been no word yet about the cause of the outage.
