Econet signs up brand ambassadors for Ruzivo digital learning platform

In the latest effort to expand Ruzivo’s footprint Econet has been signing on brand ambassadors that will raise awareness of the learning platform. These ambassadors will engage with the platform’s stakeholders like schools and parents, advertise its benefits and sign on new users.

Here’s a look at ShonaApp, a new mobile e-learning tool for Shona students

Check out this new app called ShonaApp which was launched recently. This is an Android application (it works for Android 3.0 and above) that acts as a Shona language companion for school children.

Zimbabwean children & youth to receive coding & digital skills training through SAP programme

This is part of its Africa Code Week initiative that is scheduled to run from the 15th to the 23rd of October 2016. During the course of that week, SAP will be offering free online training and coding workshops to children and youth who are between 8 and 24 years of age.

Econet’s EcoSchool to launch online learning partnership with ACCA

Local mobile operator Econet Wireless and global accounting body ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) are set to unveil a partnership today that will introduce accounting students to the use of EcoSchool, the operator’s digital education platform for learning.
