Computer Society of Zimbabwe’s regional summer school has just started today in Victoria falls and the event android app is now live on Google Play. This year’s edition is running under the theme, “ICT – Creating Africa’s Quantum Leap”.
CSZ has a host of local, regional and international speakers lined for the two day event including Tawanda Katsaruware, founder of LuminSoft, a software development start-up behind the summer school Android app which you can download here.
Mobile computing will be on this years’ agenda and Tawanda Katsaruware will deliver a lecture on Android development, particulary on why local companies should start engaging consumers through apps.
This is the first time the Computer Society of Zimbabwe had done an app for any of their events to date. Unfortuntately, IOS users have been left out this time around.
