MTN’s $5,2 billion problem, City of Harare Online, iROKO Global, Liquid in VOD


MTN is facing a $5,2 billion fine for the way MTN Nigeria violated regulatory directions regarding SIM registration.  Al this has had an impact on its share price and how the telecoms operator is rated globally. It does however, point to other implications on its future plans as well as the impact of good and bad regulation in African Telecoms.
