DEMO Africa 2016, this year’s edition of one of Africa’s largest startup conferences and launchpad for the continent’s new businesses is happening in Johannesburg South Africa right now.

Set over two days (25-26 August 2016) its given 30 startups across Africa a chance to pitch their startup ideas to investors, potential partners, and future business clients.

Most Zimbabweans remember how Bulawayo startup, SaiSai won an award at the 2014 edition in Nigeria.

This year, Zimbabwe is being represented by Zivo Learning, an e-learning startup focused on teaching ethnic languages through a mobile application – much like a Duolingo for African languages.

We wrote about them a few months ago just after their launch.

The Zivo Learning team is set to make their DEMO Africa pitch today at 10.30am.

You can catch a live video of their presentation by following this link provided by DEMO Africa.

Zivo Learning’s pitch will be in Room 2 and you can also check out some of the other pitches from the other leading African startups.
