The stop/start nature of how business is being run in govt & rbz makes one wonder exactly who is competent and who isn’t in these bodies. Banks are all confused as to how FCA Nostro accounts will operate (ask them if you doubt me). We seem to have a very corrupt banking system right through – which is why they all make huge profits at the expense of the account holders. This explains the hesitation in filing criminal/fraud charges which we have witnessed, it must be very difficult indeed to draw the line between the suspended 4 and the highest office in the land….my take.
