Zimbabwe’s largest ISP, ZOL, will be giving away 35 Gigabytes of traffic at this year’s Harare International Festival of Arts (HIFA). The festival will be held from the 26th of April to the 1st of May.
ZOL, a HIFA partner since last year, will be giving away the 35GB in the form of ZOLspot scratch cards to artists and members of the public. The scratch cards are redeemable at any ZOLspot Wi-Fi hostpots countrywide, including at the HIFA sites at Harare Gardens, Reps Theatre and Avondale shopping area.
Commenting on the sponsorship, ZOL Chief Operating Office, Tana Meecham told Techzim, “ZOL is committed to getting the whole of Zimbabwe online and HIFA provides an excellent opportunity to get a concentrated group of people using the Internet, fitting well into the spirit of engagement which is being fostered by this festival.”
